About My Services

Are you a solicitor or legal adviser?
No. I’m not a solicitor, and I don’t provide legal advice.
I help you understand the process, draft your own clear messages, and find the right professional support. My role is to help you feel calmer, more organised, and more in control as you navigate your separation or divorce, so you can make confident decisions.

Can you help me write to my ex or solicitor?
Yes — this is one of the main ways I can support you.
I help you draft emails or messages that sound calm, clear, and professional. I don’t speak for you, but I’ll help you find your words and protect your peace of mind.

What if I don’t know what to ask?
That’s absolutely fine. Many women feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin.
We can start with a simple Clarity Call, talk things through, and work it out together. You don’t need a plan, just the willingness to take a first step.

Is everything I share confidential?
Yes. Everything you share with me stays private.
I provide a safe, supportive space where you can talk things through without judgment or pressure.

How is this different from therapy or coaching?
I’m not a therapist or coach.
I don’t offer mindset work or personal development strategies. Instead, I focus on practical, grounded help: explaining forms, drafting responses, and guiding you step-by-step through your next action.

Support with Messages & Forms

I’ve received a legal letter or message, and I’m panicking… what now?
You don’t need to reply straight away.
I can help you pause, make sense of what’s happening, and draft a calm, professional response, even if it’s simply to say you’re seeking legal advice.

Do you help with court forms and paperwork?
Yes. I can:

  • Support you by talking through what forms are asking for, so you can gather the right information for your legal team.
  • Help you draft clear questions or emails in your own words to request the information you need.
  • Help you put together any questions you’d like to ask your legal representative about your circumstances, so you can get the answers you need.

I don’t fill out legal forms for you, but I help you understand what’s needed and feel more confident as you complete them.

What I Don’t Offer (and Why)

Can you give me advice about children, housing, or finances?
No. I don’t provide advice on children, financial decisions, or housing.
But I can:

  • Signpost you to relevant professionals and services.
  • Help you prepare for conversations with your solicitor or housing support.

Can you recommend a solicitor?
I can’t recommend one specific firm — but I can:

  • Assist you in finding legal aid or affordable options in your area by providing links and guidance.
  • You remain in control of contacting these services directly.
  • Help you understand what questions to ask when choosing legal support.

What if I just need a quick answer?
That’s fine. You can:

  • Book a short Clarity Call.
  • Use my Email-Only Guidance service for written support.

Both are flexible, no-pressure ways to get support.
